Cooperative Synthetic Inertia Control for Wind Farms Considering Frequency Regulation Capability

چکیده

To fully utilize the frequency regulation (FR) capability of wind turbines (WTs) and to avoid a secondary drop caused by rotor speed recovery, this paper firstly proposes an FR evaluation method for farms based on principle equal rotational kinetic energy WTs, analyses essence cooperative recovery WTs. Based these, synthetic inertia control (CSIC) considering is proposed. By introducing coefficient, CSIC can maintain fast response WTs with control, reduce communication requirements farm center. directly compensating auxiliary power realizes between different farms, avoiding complex schedule multiple Finally, simulation results verify effectiveness feasibility proposed control.
